The shipping policy for pre-order products is subject to the content of the pre-order announcement.

US: Your order will be sent out via USPS, and will usually arrive in 6-12 days.

EU, OA, AS: Your order will be sent out via International Express Delivery, and will usually arrive in 10-20 days.
